Hi, just wondering if you'd be interested in rural Warwickshire. We live 2 miles from the historic town of Warwick, with its Castle and museums, and parks and antique shops. We live in a very sought after development called Hatton Park. The houses here are approximately 3 years old. Our house is 3 bedroomed, with a separate dining room, downstairs loo, living room, and bathroom with shower upstairs. We are very handy for Leamington Spa, Stratford On Avon, Solihull, and the M40 which would take you straight to London. Hatton Country World is located here, and is a great family day out, having animals, a craft village, and many entertainments. There is a village store here, and a petrol station, but there are supermarkets in Warwick and Leamington, and Coventry and Birmingham are easily reached. Most of the people who live here are young families, and we are more mature, shall we say. We have a small front garden, reasonable sized back garden (still working on it - planted, but not fully grassed). There is private parking for 2 cars at the side of the house (forgot to say its a semi) Garden is fully enclosed with 6 foot fence, and a secure back gate. Neighbourhood is lovely, very pretty, with wooded areas and surrounded by fields. There is a village hall, and local clubs etc meet there. It is a very safe, child friendly place. We would love to move to Wales, our family is from there originally. If you need any more information, or are at all interested, please e-mail me at elaine.fearnley [at] talk21.com. Many Thanks, and good luck in your search.
