Hi here we have a 3bed semi William sutton housing  in oakhill stoke on Trent .Our home has front drive with small garden  large rear garden enclosed. The down stairs there is agood size lounge good size kitchen diner plus down stairs wc with sink there is also under stairs storage. Upstairs there are 3 good size bedrooms the smallest of does have a double bed in with plenty of room for all other furniture.The upstairs bathroom is good size with overbath fitted shower . This house was fully modernised in 2001 close by within 5 min walk there is a primary school,chemist,butchers,dentest, health ctr,two minimarkets,fish and chips and other takeouts close by The high school 10 mins away.We reqire a 3 bed house in clayton newcastle under lyme as close as possible to or within walking distance of clayton high school. Hi,thanks 4replyin,i did find a house in Sandyford which my end has refused due to them saying my home would be overcrowded.  So to be on the safe side how many would be coming here if you were interested and wanted to exchange.  I've been looking for about a year now and I've looked at your pics, which are nice.  Which side of Stoke is Oakhill as I'm not quite sure.  Many thanks Tina

hi there would be me , hubby daughter and son.  we are between stoke and newcastle next to penkhull and trent vale. very close to the hospitals, schools , shops, main bus routes into newcastle and hanley. we have been looking on and off for a while.  we were about to give up and concentrate on moving closer to my daughters high school instead but are still very interested in moving to wales, my parents live in Llandudno. do you have any pics of your house.
