Hi All,  
         We are offering a Large, 3 Bed Midterraced House in Hollington, St Leonards On Sea.  The area is a mid crime rate but quiet and away from the main Road.  Up Stairs we have 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom,  Bathroom with basin and toilet, and 2 cupboards plus some space in boiler cupboard. Down stairs we have a large living room,  A 2nd toilet, and a large kitchen diner with lots of cupboards, and a fan assisted oven/ gas stove which are built in and would have to stay.  We have DG and GCH. the back garden is medium to large with a large patio at the top and a large shed at the bottom,  And a small front garden with out side cupboard by front door.
                                                           Next Door neighbours are fine. We have excellent transportation links to Hastings and St. Leonards On Sea a 3 minute walk away.  Tesco's Extra is a 5 minute walk down the hill.  The Local surgery is by the nearest bus stop.  Hollington Shops etc is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away.
                                                                                         We are Looking for a move to a Large 3 bed house on the edge of anywhere up to In & Around South Solihull, West Midlands, in a quiet, Low crime rate area. we need a good bus link into town centre.  DG and GCH are musts,  Good Shower and down stairs toilet would be a big advantage. we also need a large back garden, if poss with a shed, or the possibilty of renting a garage.
