hi we have almost new 3 bed in birmingham close to city centre but NOT a council estate. solihull very easy to access by road bus and rail. (20 min drive) this area and the HA we with very sought after. all amenities are walking distance (schools shops takeaways local swimming pool library ect - also big tesco 5 min walk)
