To add your own home exchange advert you must register and log-in.

Once you log-in you will also be able to reply to other adverts and contact our members.

Registering will give you access to many more help, information general boards.

You may post one advert in the County or area that you live.

Advert title should follow this format --> 3 bed house in Mytown for 4 Bed house Anytown.

Advert Content - Should be in two sections.

  Location Post code Property type Number of bedrooms

  : Town, Village or Borough (never enter your full address) : First 3 letters only, not full code. : House, flat or maisonette.

• 2 Property wanted

Include the type and size of property you require. Also include the area or areas you want to move to.

Please use plain English and avoid using all CAPITAL letters. No txt spk.

Offering Cash is illegal, posts containing such offers will be deleted.
Do not include Landline Telephone numbers.

Email : You may include your email address.
Mobile : You may include a mobile phone number.
Photographs : You may include links to photo's of your property.
Family and friends : You are welcome to post an advert for family or friends.

Boost your exchange advert
Has your advert slipped to the bottom of the page, or even onto page 2 or 3 ?  

  Give it a boost by adding you're own reply to it, sending it back to the top.  

You can put more details in your reply or simply say "still looking" or even "bump".

This has 2 advantages, it puts your advert back at the top of the first page where it's more likely to be seen and it shows other members (and the UOR team) that you're still looking for an exchange.

Periodically the team will look through adverts and remove these "bump" posts, but they'll leave the last one, so the position of your advert is unaffected but it looks tidier.
