Hi Everyone,

I have a three bed mid terrace house in Cheadle, Cheshire, the post code is SK8 ***.
The house is right oposite the local primary school where I work, very handy if you have young children in primary as all you have to do is cross the road and your there, a 2 minute job.
The house benefits from newly fitted double glazing and central heating, The modernisation scheme has just taken place a few months ago in this area so this house and others now have been totally rewired and have a new kitchen and bathroom and a large over door canopy on the outside as you can see on the pics. The loft is due for extra insulation within a few weeks.

The local High School is Kingsway High School and the school bus collects children in the area with one stop being right at the end of the close, so convenient for my teenage daughter.

Downstairs
-Good size Living room
-Large fitted Kitchen
-Large meter cupboard which I keep my cleaning utensils, brush, mop and vacuum.
-One large storage cupboard which I use for my wash baskets/laundry etc

Upstairs
-Two good size bedrooms and One smaller bedroom.
-Bathroom and new electric shower installed.
-Toilet.
-Airing cupboard on landing.
-Good size loft.

Outdoors
The front garden has a small grassed area on one side and slated area on the other side. It is fenced off on 3 sides but one side (between and my neighbour) is lined with fir trees planted 2 years ago.

The Back garden is enclosed and secure all the way round with a high wooden fence, it has a cobbled stone patio area and small wooden shed.
There is no driveway here but the close is being landscaped soon with parking spaces made for the residents, not sure of the dates for this as last time they ran out of money to do it and so we are awaiting confirmation that it will be done. There is however road side parking outside the close.

The link below shows some photos of the house.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the village there is the Health Clinic/Doctors Surgery and dentist, also various local dentists to choose from. I do know of a dentist that was recently still taking on NHS patients where I am based if needed but otherwise there are 3 dentist practices nearer. Also in the Village you will find Tesco, a Bakery,Grocers, Butchers, Diy shop, Florist, Charity shops, a Sunbed shop,Estate Agents and Banks, plus 2 Chemists and Hairdressers etc...

There is the local Stanley Green Trading Estate/Retail Park which takes just over 5 mins in the car to travel to. There you will find Comet, Halfords,The Next store, TK Max, Comet, B&Q and also Tiles, Timber and furniture etc plus a sports warehouse and much more.
The link here shows the map and other local areas:

Further across the flyover we have 3 huge stores, Marks and Spencer, Tesco and BHS.

Cheadle Royal Shopping Centre is close by together with access to the A34 by-pass which leads to Handforth Dean and Stanley Green Retail Park.
At the Cheadle Royal site you will find a large John Lewis store and Sainsbury's, across from there is The David Lloyd Leisure Centre, this is only a 5 minute drive from my house.

Handforth is another area 5 mins away in the other direction and thats more shops to choose from, so your spoilt for chioce around here.

You must be thinking by now why I would want to move, well the breakdown off a long and bitter realtionship is behind it all, I want no further contact with my ex and would like to be rid of those unhappy memories which the house carries.  I have now entered a new realtionship and am very happy but my new partner would also like us to leave here to leave the past behind and start afresh and make the next house our own. I am willing to up sticks and find a new job for the right house/area. It's not an urgency so I won't take any bad areas but ask for the same or near as I am offering. I don't mind having to decorate because thats expected to put our mark on it and decorate to our taste, I don't mind tackling a wild, wild garden and to be honest the bigger garden the better. I must have a 3 bed house and nothing smaller so please don't waste time offering a 2 bed because the council would not pass it anyway.

Wants 3 bed house in Cheadle, Handforth, Cheadle Hulme (not near Adswood end),
Bramhall, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, possible Macclesfield (is there any nice areas here) any nice surrounding areas. Would consider sea side resorts or out in the country,if thats possible

Thanks for reading and good luck to everyone on finding your dream home  Kiss
