3 bed terrace  in hailsham 2 double and one single all new electrics  kitchen/diner decor ok as done in last few months but everyone obviously has own taste, sep wc and also downstairs loo medium size garden   i have found the house i want  but need either someone from nottingham derby or mansfield with a large 3 or 4 bed house to have mine......  or someone who wants mine that has interest from large 3 or 4 bed from nottingham derby or mansfield  to have theirs

HI, I know its not exactly west midlands but not far away, I have a lovely 3 bed semi bungalow, just been completely modernised. Good size back garden with large patio, side entrance, private drive with car port in lovely area, good schools and local amenities. 10 mins from M1. 15 mins from A1. Been completely rewired, GCH, DG, new kitchen/bathroom also seperate Wc, 2 good sized bedrooms one smaller.

derby nottingham or hastings please   if derby or nottingham we need a large 3 bed with maybe dining room or convertable loft space with decent size garden    we are keen to move to settle kids into new schools etc  they would be coming to mine  as a solid 4 or 5 way swap depending on location
