Hi my house is in Stoke-on-Trent,Staffordshire ST2 area,it has 2 fairly large bedrooms,.A seperate upstairs toilet/bathroom, airing cupboard space for storage.It has GSH, double glazing.The lounge is cosy in winter, the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space,a utility room which leads outside, At the front there is a drive, flower beds, and barked area under window.the rear garden is quite large. Both front and back has both fencing and hedges, the neighbours on both sides are great and i will miss them a lot.The area itself has everything u could think of on the doorstep, and is in between the towns of Hanley and Longton, and schools all around within walking distance.Bus stops are not sparse, and the supermarkets are all easy to get to even without a car.There are parks,cycle paths and walks for your doggies.
We want to move to be closer to my neice and her 4 children we miss them a great deal, and she needs help with them and work, we need to be in the area of Stamford/Bourne/Baston/Ryhall/Langtoft/Thurlby/Market Deeping, WILL CONSIDER SOME AREAS IN WALES.....We need a 2- pref 3 bed house with GCH,double glazing, large back garden has i have 3 med size dogs(fenced if poss), small front garden, dont mind if decor or gardens need some work or Tlc.Would prefer council property to exchange with, and dont mind multi swaps, although it will probably take more than 3 lol, hope to hear from you soon.
