Enclosed tidy rear garden approx. 24'x36' is not overlooked.  Built on shed. Short walk to open fields and countryside. Short drive to A449, A518, A34 and M6. Excellent bus service with stops round the corner and train station approx 1.25 miles away. Numerous facilities within a mile including a choice of junior and senior schools, post offices, GP surgeries, chemists, dentists, vets, hairdressers, rugby club, golf club, social club, pubs, keep fit facility, garage, churches, Tescos, Rowley Park and Stafford Castle.

It would be possible to create an occasional or temp. 3rd bedroom in the lounge.

Aiming for a 2 bed semi with drive and small enclosed rear garden within 15 mile radius of Stafford centre. Would consider a large bungalow.
