Hi wanting a 3 bed council home in north east- Cleveland, Durham, Harrogate, Thirsk, Ripon, Wetherby, York etc.... we have a 2 bed council home in the sought after area of Eaglescliffe. With 2 double bedrooms, laminate flooring etc... massive gardens overlooking field, shops,rail and bus link 2 mins away. Have a historic park 2 mins walk where there is a museum, woodlands, country walks, duck ponds, crazy golf, play area for children, butterfly world etc... and the Teesside Princess boat to take you to the local town instead of getting the bus. Fantastic on a summers day for picnics. We have a village down the road called Yarm so historic too. Such a great area to live but with baby number 3 on the way in 8 weeks we need more bedrooms. Such a quiet location too and would love to exchange to a similar area or even countryside open to any area also as 8 weeks is not long before baby arrives.
