Surrounded by lovely communal gardens to the front that are maintained by the housing association & a small private/walled area to the front belonging to the house. The area is North Warwickshire/Staffordshire borders & is 1 mile away from the the local village (Birchmoor) shops/post office/pubs etc. With a choice of 2 towns- Atherstone, 3 miles away  & Tamworth 4 miles away in either direction & on bus route & easy access to M42. Surrounded by countryside & lovely near canal-side walks & a beautiful nature reserve/park 1 mile away. The house consists of an average sized living room that gets the sunlight with a small, modern kitchen with beech cupboards. There is extra storage space under the stairs & up the stairs from the livingroom is 1 good-sized double bedroom, (Again that catches the light) & a bathroom with a white new bath etc. Loft space also available. The house is in good move in condition, with a lick of paint upstairs only needed no other work necessary). This is a small perfect starter home for a couple, professional, single person/ retired couple/person that does not want the worry of maintaining a garden or someone looking to down-size.

I am ideally looking for a 2 bedroom house/bungalow with a good sized garden that will allow dogs as i have 2 & this is my reason for moving as i require a garden for them. I will consider any seaside/rural area, especially interested in Brighton but please get in touch if you can offer either a seaside area or a rural area that is perhaps near the seaside as i will consider any areas similar.
