Hillmorton Rugby village feel on the edge of a busy market town, i have many locals wanting this house but none where i need to be i also have a lot of matches in Northampton Leicester Coventry and Birmingham
huge 3 bed semi lounge is 18ft by 12ft dining room is 11 ft square kitchen is 8ft by 12ft, bathroom is 8ft square, bedroom 1 is 12ft by 11ft bedroom 2 is 11ft6 by 9ft6 bedroom 3 is 9ft square (so no boxroom and has been used as a double) landing at top of stairs is 6ft square (and has been used as an office) there is a huge loft, other houses on this road have converted to 2 more bedrooms) the house has right to buy and the council dish out planing permission easily due to the size of the gardens. the house has a shared driveway with off road parking for at least 2 vehicles and on road parking for more.
Hillmorton is a village atmosphere set on the edge of Rugby. literally 200 yards away is a corner shop, shes great for those I'm half way through cooking and need ******* and not over priced. walking distance of the house are...half a dozen pubs who all serve good food, a few hairdressers a barbers and a beautician. 3 chip shops pizza Indian Chinese Mexican (who all also deliver is you cant get out cos of the kids). theres a coop aldi chemist hardware and diy, post office, dry cleaners opticians dentist, shoe shop blinds and interior furnishing, bikeshop, reptiles, bookies, bakers, a lovely jacket potato place (sit in or take away) and a vet. there is no doctor or medical centre here , they are all 2 miles away in town but all offer home visits if you are too poorly to go in, both my sons receive the highest level disability benefits, we have been here 9 years and never had issues with lack of medical services. buses run from the high street (2 mins walk) to town every 15 mins and take 10 mins there are also 2 other services that run through at other times. there are 2 smallish dog friendly parks within a 5 mins walk (1 with small skate park) and a huge park 10 mins walk away containing outdoor gym equipment for all to use free. the canal is a short walk away and many fields with footpaths etc there. there is a Bistro down at the lock and more shops there. Rugby town is a busy market town and has a huge assortment of shops, asda tesco sainsbury iceland and everything else you could need, our market days are monday and friday with a farmers market every other thursday. i need to get within 10 miles of NOTTINGHAM i will also concider the central part of Derby and Long Eaton and i am happy to multi swap to get there the smallest size property i can accept is a 3 bed with separate dining room (must be ok to use as a bed room) but would of course prefere a 4 bed i also need walking distance of primary and senior schools as i don't drive. a back garden is also essential but I'd be happy with half the garden i have now lol
if you live in Rugby please do NOT ask if i will swap with you, thanks
