How about mine as part of a possible 3 way or straight swap ?

I have a 3 bedroom terraced house with garden  in a very sort after central London area SE1 only 8 minutes walk from the River Thames , Tate Modern , South Bank , The Cut  with both the Old and Young Vic theatres, London Eye , Houses of Parliament ,Waterloo station and my closest tube Southwark .

This is a fantastic house that is set out over four levels , the three flights of stairs only have 6 steps each so it is not an enormous size . Its very quirky and has a great feel about the place .


As you come through the front door onto the first level you enter the good sized hall 8'6? x  5'4? you have to your left the kitchen 8'2? x 11'2? with fittings and plumbing for both dishwasher and washing machine .
You then go down 6 stairs to the ground level hall that has space for a pc table etc and also leads to the really useful utility room 8'7? x 3'8? where I keep tumble drier , tools , coats  ,hoover etc .
Then you have the sitting room 14'2? x 14'9? with windows running the whole length of the sitting room and door leading into the graveled and paved garden 15' x x 25' , which also has a shed and steps leading up to the rear entrance .
The house is laid with laminate wood flooring in all rooms apart from 1 of the smaller bedrooms which is carpeted .
All windows have wooden slat blinds which will be left .
On the 2nd level  floor you have the master bedroom 14'2? x 9'2? with built in cupboards although they do need sliding doors as the previous person removed them . I was going to put a big wardrobe in the space eventually . Window over looking garden .
The toilet is also on this level .
On the 3rd and final level there is the bathroom with power shower and hand basin , an airing cupboard and the 2 other bedroom which both measure 9'10? x 6'8? with windows overlooking the front path .
