Semi detached property with a driveway that can hold 3 cars. Five minute walk to supermarket and 3 minute walk to local shops with newsagent, general shop, butchers, chip shop and chinese and indian takeaway. Major bus route round the corner where you can go to city centre, Durham or the beach. Primary school at the end of the road. Ten minute walk to senior school and five minute walk to local college. New metal shed in the garden which measures 10 feet by 4 feet. All bedrooms are big enough for a double bed. Bathroom just been renewed. New central heating system and fire due to be installed soon. Downstairs toilet which has just been renewed. Neighbours are really friendly. Short walk to beautiful parks, sports centre and massive outdoor ski slope with lift. Short drive to Newcastle and the Metro Centre which is the largest shopping centre in Europe. York is only 70 miles away, Lake District is 100 miles away, Scotland is 60 miles away. There are four universities a short drive away and the local university is within walking distance.

Looking for Middlesbrough or down south but anywhere considered. 3 bedrooms preferred if possible.

I was just looking at your house on *********** then I got your message on here, bit of a co-incidence! We would have preferred 3 bedrooms but I live with my friend and her daughter who is going away to university so there will only be the two of us most of the time. Two bedrooms would be ok as long as the house isn't really tiny. Let me know if you would like to have a look at the house. You can see the house on google earth if you type in the postcode. It's the one with the little white classic car on the drive.

We don't have a dining room but a large kitchen.  What number do you live in? We are at 85.  Is you loft space usable?

The only problem is we are due  baby number 3 in Aug plus we have a step son who stops. The three bedrooms are fantastic but we really would need a dining room so there is more space for the children. We find our home is on the tiny side. It looked ideal but it just space for us.
