Just spoke to my friends daughter and she says she wants to keep a room for herself so it looks like we will need 3 bedrooms after all.  I hope you find what you are looking for.

Have a look at my advert on ***********. It's Portland Road, Sunderland.

Just been looking on the *********** site I thought you might of been on there when you mentioned aout the street name. Just looked at the google street maps what is the building on Portland road? Your street looks really nice. Would a two be okay as you mention 3 beds?

I was just looking at your house on *********** then I got your message on here, bit of a co-incidence! We would have preferred 3 bedrooms but I live with my friend and her daughter who is going away to university so there will only be the two of us most of the time. Two bedrooms would be ok as long as the house isn't really tiny. Let me know if you would like to have a look at the house. You can see the house on google earth if you type in the postcode. It's the one with the little white classic car on the drive.

Thankyou & good luck.
