Large 3 bedroom end of terrace council house for exchange. Located in Stacey Bushes, North Milton Keynes and within walking distance of all amenities, transport links and good schools.
We have fantastic neighbours and have lived here very happily for over 7 yrs but desperately need something larger.
Stacey Bushes is an older, well established area that is mainly private. Our house has the right to buy, double glazing and gas central heating. We have fitted our own kitchen with cream gloss units and wenge worktops and the bathroom which has a white suite, wenge units and designer taps. We have grey stone tiles to go up but haven't got around to finishing it yet. The downstairs toilet also has a new modern sink and tap which we put in a few months ago.
The downstairs has laminate flooring all through and we have put a cream electric fireplace in the lounge, We have redecorated all but the kids bedrooms in cream and neutral colours. The kids rooms are wallpapered and are ok but could do with redecorating. The upstairs has vinyl plank flooring all through and there is stripy carpet on the stairs.
Our back garden is a medium size with a side alley to the front of the house and a gate. We have a patio, decked area and grass. We also have a small shed which we would leave. The garden is very private and fully fenced.
At the front we have a small area which we have put stone chippings and a few potted plants on. Theres a small patch of grass which the council maintains and a carport and a driveway. There is space for 2 vehicles on our property and plenty of parking on the street. We are next to a small kiddies park so its ideal for young children as its visible over the garden fence.
