Very quiet cul de sac off Addison Road-Pendred Road New Bilton,secure rear garden,low maintaince.Is at the end of the cul de sac.Permission has been given to move fence up to front of house to make even more outside space.No parking problems,possibile potential for off road parking.Still doing some decoration,(small bedroom) though its not too bad and will continue to do so,im not in hurry to move because i need the right place.House near to good schools and good neighbours.New combi boiler,gas heater and all new radiators.Downstairs bathroom with toilet,bath and good power shower and upstairs separate toilet.2 double bedrooms and a single.Kitchen/diner/pantry.New ceiling roses.Double glazing.Dimensions approx....Lounge 13'x14'6".Kitchen/diner/pantry 18'x8' ..downstairs bathroom 6'x6'6"..Hallway,stairs,leading to landing 8'6"x4'..upstairs toilet 6'x5' including storage cupboard..bedroom 1 11'x13'..bedroom 2 11'x8'..bedroom 3 8'x8'..Please no time wasters,please look at room measurements.IM LOOKING FOR good sized 2 bed with garden
