I have a lovely period 2 bed terraced cottage (19thC) in Narberth, West Wales.  It is non-estate and in a row of privately owned houses.

I am looking to move to very rural or coastal locations in either West Wales (Solva, Nolton, Ambleston preferred) or  Somerset / Devon (Blackdowns or Exmoor or Devon coast preferred) However anywhere will be considered if very rural and / or coastal and feels right. I need a 2 or 3 bedroomed house or bungalow with a garden.

Narberth is a small desirable rural town - more like a large village, with all the amenities of 2 high street grocery retailers (open til 10pm), Doctors, dentist, opticians, chemist, several prestigious boutiques, 2 surf shops, Antiques centre, 6 restaurants, and several good pubs.  It also has a swimming pool, an excellent venue for regular music and cultural events (Queens Hall), The Bloomfield Community centre which runs education, leisure activities and social welfare such as day nursery and etc.  We are a 10 minute drive to the beautiful breathtaking Pembrokeshire coastline famous for its wildlife and watersports (Amroth,Tenby etc) Also close to Oakwood, Folly Farm, Blue Lagoon etc so plenty for all ages.

It is 10 miles from the county town of Haverfordwest which has all the essentials and a good hospital.  Carmarthen is 25 miles away and Bristol 2 1/2 hours by car.

Hi,

Sorry, I'm not interested in St Ishmaels.  I used to live there and have no desire to return.   I'm on St James street.  I'd consider a 3 way swap for a Solva or Ambleston property though.

Cheers and all the best with your search
