i have a lovely 2 bed masionette to exchange for a 2/3 bed house! the masionette has recently had a brand new GCH system, brand new electric remote control fire, new kitchen brand new bathroom and couple walls replastered, DG throughout, with payg gas and electric meters, large balcony shared with 4 neighbours who are brilliant! shed for your use only! very very close to the town centre and parking spaces for residents!   it is an aspire housing home! (newcastle council)! the bins are taken out for you by a caretaker who looks after and preserves the area! and locked back up again! balcony is gorgeous in the summer! i am looking for a 2/3 bedroomed house in newcastle under lyme!   i have been relying on the council to help me get a mutual exchange but have had permission to advertise elsewhere! thanks u
