I have a 3 bedroom  detached house, kingsize bedroom, double bedroom and single room which can fit a double bed. There is a loft for storage.
Downstairs there is a a  lounge, 2 storage cupboards under the stairs,  toilet and bathroom are together, bathroom is very small, kitchen is not a bad size. Back and front garden in need of attention. The house is in a cul de sac which is very quiet, there are several primary schools and high school in the area, near transport and not too far from Morden station. Lots of greenery in the area. Kitchen and bathroom are due to be re-furbished by Merton Housing Priory Homes. Very quiet area and nice neighbours on both side of property. The house suits a family with small children as this is a safe area.
